How to reverse Biden’s Pennsylvania win?

Although Joe Biden is slated to win the presidency at 306 electoral votes, President Donald Trump’s lawyers are not throwing in the towel just yet.

President Donald Trump’s campaign could employ “a complicated–and possibly unprecedented” strategy involving the invalidation of Pennsylvania’s election-result certification, “and then [it could] get the state’s General Assembly to agree to send Trump electors to the Electoral College.”

The game plan was detailed in a footnote that was included in a letter sent to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
