A Chicago couple acting as caretakers for a mentally ill man, along with a third person, have been charged with the man’s murder. Police discovered the bruised body of Frederick Johnson in the couple’s garage in June. He died from multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

Santino Carter and Dominique Beck collected Johnson’s disability checks to serve as his caretakers in their home for about two years. Johnson had schizoaffective and bipolar disorders and had a history of seizures.

Following a police investigation, Carter and Beck were arrested along with Brian Gray, who is also connected.

If expert predictions are right, and American consumers are “buying big this week,” then retail stocks will see the benefits. Because, despite the increase in virus cases and economic hardship accompanying it, many will still be looking for that perfect present.

“Consumers have shown they are excited about the holidays and are willing to spend on gifts that lift the spirits of family and friends after such a challenging year,” Matthew Shay, the CEO of the National Retail Federation, said.

The NRF predicts that sales during this year’s holiday season will increase between 3.6% and 5.2%, generating anywhere between $755.3 and $766.7 billion.

If this is true, which retail stocks would make a good investment option right now?

You know how your mom always said that playing video games would rot your brain? It turns out that’s not entirely true.

According to a new Oxford study, playing certain video games can help your mental health, especially with everything that’s been going on in 2020.

The enjoyment from gaming had a significant positive impact on the attitudes of the gamers. And it seems that even a short amount of time dedicated to gaming produced benefits.

So while you shouldn’t overdo it, dedicating some time to playing video games can actually boost your mental health.
