BREAKING NEWS BRIEF

Virginia woman found dead after a night out with friends

36-year-old mother, Sheena West, took off without a word while out on Saturday night. She left behind her phone and wallet. The following day she was reported missing to police. Surveillance photos were shared where a man appeared to be leading her out of the establishment.

Loved ones learned on Tuesday that West had died in a home about 10 miles from where she was last seen. Norfolk police responded to a call about an unresponsive woman on Sunday morning. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as West.

Police said the case is being classified as an “undetermined death.”

The stock market was set to open slightly lower on Friday, with Dow Futures indicating a less-than-50-point slide.

A pandemic that continues to surge on has stolen the spotlight away from the positive news on the vaccine front.

The latest data shows a weekly average of 161,165 new infections a day. That number is up 26% when compared to this time last week. The drastic increase in cases caused California’s governor yesterday to announce a “limited Stay at Home Order.”

And the CDC has advised families to cancel Thanksgiving travel plans.

At the same time, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnunchin wants to end some of the Fed programs that have assisted small and medium businesses.

WORLD NEWS

Iota death toll in Nicaragua is on the riseImage Source: Fox News

Iota has left a trail of devastation in its wake. The storm made landfall a Category 4 hurricane, hitting almost exactly the same stretch of the Caribbean coast devastated by Hurricane Eta two weeks ago.

The death toll has been raised to 16. The victims were spread across the country, swept away by swollen rivers, or buried in landslides.

Rescuers are still searching for survivors.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE

Sadly, retirement is one of those things where you can’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s because different people have different backgrounds, goals, and sometimes very different retirement plan vessels and vehicles that get them there.

In truth, building the best retirement plan for your future means you need to pay attention to your past and your present and your plans for the future. And a lot of that depends on your employment status and how much you’re able to contribute to your retirement accounts.

Sometimes when we talk about the best retirement plans, we are referring to the different accounts used for saving up your money for retirement. At other times we are talking about all the various issues related to having a secure retirement — knowing how much you will need, what to do about Social Security, housing, budgets, and more.

If you need a detailed strategy to figure out the financial details of your life after retirement, then you might want to use the NewRetirement retirement calculator, named a best retirement calculator by the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII).

What would it look like?
No doubt it would have hundreds of billions in revenue – more than tech giants like IBM, Facebook, and Google.

It would probably be a leader in cutting-edge technology like smartphones, robotics, e-commerce, and medical equipment.

It would have tens of thousands of unbreakable patents.

It would pay an enormous dividend.

It would be on the verge of dozens of blockbuster announcements that would send the stock higher and higher.

And most of all…

It would trade ultra-cheap – less than $3.

It seems crazy that such a stock exists.

But it does.
