A woman's caretaker is accused of murdering her and burying her in concrete

A 70-year-old woman was found buried in concrete in her own home last week, and over the weekend, authorities arrested her live-in caretaker.

According to police, 53-year-old Elizabeth Carserino faces murder charges and is in jail with a bond surpassing $1.6 million.

Lynn Gay Keene had been reported missing at the end of July, and, when investigators initially went to her home, they couldn’t find her car. Eventually, they recovered the vehicle in a different county, and discovered the empty bags of concrete inside.

They obtained a search warrant and then made the gruesome discovery in the North Carolina home.

What else do we know about this disturbing story right now? And what’s next for Carserino?
