Prosecutors request the evidence gathered from damning Cuomo investigation

New York Attorney General Letitia James conducted investigation into sexual harassment allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D). Two outside lawyers did the legwork of the investigation and found evidence that Gov. Cuomo did, in fact, sexually harass several women, including two whose stories were not previously released.

Now, the district attorneys for Manhattan and Westchester County have requested the evidence from the investigation. The district attorneys want to know if some of Cuomo’s alleged conduct that occurred in their jurisdictions was criminal in nature.

Cuomo still denies any wrongdoing.
