This former Vice President wants young Republicans to take their shot

A former Republican Vice President (VP) had an unexpected message for young conservatives this week regarding vaccinations during the pandemic.

Mike Pence, Donald Trump’s former VP, urged young Republicans to roll up their sleeves and take their shot, even though that stance has been an unpopular one with the conservative crowd, especially with younger Republicans.

Pence’s plea comes in the midst of a new wave of the virus as cases continue to surge across the United States.

“Now let me say this about the vaccine: I got the shot. My family got the shot. And I want to encourage anyone here who hasn’t gotten the shot who’s eligible to go get it. And if you’re not sure about it, go ask your doctor and get the very best advice you can,” Pence said.

What else did Pence have to say?
