This former Green Beret running for office gave Biden an "F" in foreign policy

Retired Green Beret Joe Kent wants to bring his experience fighting America’s enemies on the ground in the Middle East to Congress.

Kent is a Gold Star husband — his wife, Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Shannon Kent, was killed in action fighting ISIS in Syria on Jan. 16, 2019. He said, “My wife was killed a month after Trump tried to get our troops out of Syria the first time.”

Kent is putting up $200,000 of his own money to fund his campaign. He said he hopes more people like him decide to get involved in politics at all levels. He points out that his opponent is a career politician, while he is not.

Here’s the platform Kent is running on. Many are saying that his campaign is exactly what America was founded to be — regular people doing their best to help and represent their fellow citizens.
