A traffic stop led to two police officers being hit by a vehicle, with one being dragged 40 feet as the suspect tried to flee.
Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop when the black Chevy Impala they pulled over reversed the vehicle, pinning an officer and dragging him.
Police said that Little had struck two officers and almost hit a third as he sped away.
The hit-and-run occurred just a few miles from where Chicago Police Officer Ella French was shot and killed, and her partner badly injured, during another traffic stop earlier this month.
