Yesterday President Joe Biden announced that the U.S. would withdraw its troops from Afghanistan after 20 years, and today, Secretary of state Antony Blinken touched down in the country’s capital to “demonstrate…the ongoing commitment of the United States to the Islamic Republic and the people of Afghanistan.”

“The partnership is changing, but the partnership is enduring,” he said.

The plan is to remove US troops from Afghanistan before September 11,which marks the anniversary of the terrorist attacks that sparked the war.

Troops will begin being sent home May 1.

“What you and your predecessors did over the last 20 years is really extraordinary,” Blinken said at the American embassy.

I’ve found it.

After months of obsessive research, I’ve uncovered what I believe will be the single most profitable stock of 2021.

I’ve compiled all the details in a free report (which you can claim here), but to give you an idea…

I believe this company will play a pivotal role in the self-driving car revolution — a megatrend that will upend the $500-plus billion automotive industry.

With tens of millions of semi- and fully autonomous cars expected to hit the road over the next decade, this company could be headed for 10X… even 20X gain potential.

But I didn’t stop there… I’ve found seven stocks with this level of growth potential, and I think each one of them could turn 2021 into a year of record-setting profits.

The Dow is set to jump by 170 points at the open amid better-than-expected earnings

Futures contracts tied to the major U.S. stock indexes rose on Thursday after better-than-expected earnings results.

Contracts tied to the Dow pointed to a 171-point gain at the open. S&P 500 futures added 0.5%, while Nasdaq-100 futures gained 0.6%.

The rebound in the overnight session came after the S&P 500 slipped from record levels during Wednesday’s regular session as pressure on tech offset optimism sparked by the first round of major corporate earnings that largely exceeded expectations.

The earnings season began in earnest with bank results on Wednesday, when Goldman Sachs climbed more than 2% after blowing past analysts’ expectations with record first-quarter net profits and revenues on strong performance from the firm’s equities trading and investment banking units.

Crazy video: These people won’t let an active volcano stop them from having fun

A group of friends were determined to have a little fun recently and they weren’t going to let anything stop them – not even an active volcano.

In a stunning video, a group of friends is seen casually playing volleyball right in front of a volcano that is actively erupting. Red hot lava can be seen spewing in the air and running down the sides of the volcano behind the group of friends. The loud eruption is heard in the background as the volleyball game continues in spite of it all.

The volcano that served as the epic background for the volleyball game is the Fagradalsfjall volcano that is located on Iceland’s Reykjanes Peninsula. The volcano has been actively erupting since March 20 of this year.

It has become quite the tourist attraction in Iceland. Others have been spotted having a cup of coffee by the eruption. Be sure to check out the crazy videos of people getting casually close to the active volcano.
